Hadley Group is a specialist in roll forming. We develop and produce thin-walled complex roll-formed profiles from 0.25 to 2.5 mm. We mainly roll-form complex profiles that meet the highest requirements, and we offer integrated machining for various types of metals.

Thanks to our advanced specialization in roll forming, we can guarantee dimensional tolerances of ± 0.05 mm.

Since we have extensive technological knowledge in terms of development and production, we are able to advise you in detail about all the possibilities in the field of roll forming metal profiles. Our engineers are involved in the problem-solving process at an early stage. We produce profiles according to drawings, realize cost savings, and we’re flexible in our production. Hadley’s research and development department plays a key role in the continuous improvement of our roll forming technology. The research and development team consists of more than 50 full-time engineers and technicians who are constantly working to improve our offerings. This includes the use of computer simulation technology.

Our technical team also works closely with our customers to ensure the intended solution can be realised.

Our manufacturing process ensures that large series can be produced within a relatively short time. We achieve this with 7 production sites worldwide. The United Kingdom and the USA are some examples.

Besides bright steel or galvanized steel, we also process special materials such as pre-painted, foil coated, or high-gloss stainless steel material with protective film in the roll formed steel profiles. Hadley Group produces profiles for these markets:
