GLOBAL REACH FOR HADLEY BY JOINT VENTURE IN THE US
In a move that reaffirms the group’s global credentials, Hadley Group has partnered with U.S-based ClarkDietrich to launch CDH Custom Roll Form. Through the new joint venture, Hadley now has a global reach in terms of rollforming and will now serve the needs of the North American roll form market.

Across their operations, Hadley Group and ClarkDietrich are leaders in the field of steel construction products and services. Now, the two firms will join forces to manufacture component and custom products for the North American market.
The new venture, which is scheduled to be fully operational by 1st June, will launch in Warren, Ohio. In keeping with global trends, the North American roll form market continues to grow, and future projections look strong. To this end, company representatives from CDH Custom Roll Form have already taken orders to create custom roll form products and are having detailed conversations with other potential customers.
LARGEST ROLL FORMING ENGINEERING GROUP IN THE WORLD
Once operational, CDH Custom Roll Form will have the largest engineering support group in the industry. The joint venture is backed by 100 years of experience and will offer state-of-the-art roll forming technology, internal testing and laboratory facilities. The new site will also be able to provide customers with in-house stamping and slitting capabilities, as well as 3D printing and prototyping services. Such proficiencies make CDH Custom Roll Form the ideal partner for customers who want to develop new products. On top of this unmatched innovation, the joint venture will retain the large distribution footprint and world-class customer service capabilities of its parent companies.
